You’ve spent years doing all the things you “should” do. Going to work. Caring for others. Wading through exhaustion, self doubt and physical pain. You’ve pushed down your trauma and the parts of yourself that you don’t love and don’t want others to see, but lately it’s too much. You can’t sleep, your body hurts and your thoughts are constantly spinning.
Everyone thinks you’re doing great. No one sees how hard you’re working to hold it all together.
You keep trying to move forward, but you just don’t feel like yourself. You’re not able to enjoy life and connect with the people you love. You know your stress, anxiety, depression, grief or trauma isn’t just in your head. It’s also impacting your physical health and well-being. You struggle with insomnia, chronic pain, fatigue, panic attacks, IBS, dizziness, brain fog, or inflammation. Your body is saying it’s had enough.

Sometimes what we need most is someone who sees the pain we’re carrying and can help us understand how to let it go.
That’s what I’m here for. I’m not afraid of the big stuff- rage, grief, trauma. Every part of you is welcome.
Emotional pain and trauma can take over your life. Sometimes talk therapy alone isn’t enough to help you find relief from the mental and physical suffering. I use a research-based, somatic approach that recognizes your mind and body are intricately connected and both need attention as you heal.
As a yoga therapist, a mom, a person with chronic health conditions and an ADHDer, I get it. You don’t have to mask or explain yourself. There is space for all of it. Now is the time to start taking care of you. To rediscover what it’s like to live authentically, to find your voice, to feel like yourself again.

Online or in-person. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Insurance accepted.

Therapy Intensive
In-person. These longer sessions allowing for greater depth and transformation. An intensive may be a one-time addition to your regular sessions or a regular part of your treatment plan. Intensive sessions are not covered by insurance.
